El Nido

El Nido is a low-density residential masterplan along Ruta 10, between Punta del Este and José Ignacio, developed by Donato Group with architecture by Gómez Platero. Across some 67 hectares it lays out 397 lots of approximately 1.000 m², integrated with the natural topography, the forest and the proximity to the sea.
