La Carolina del Mar

La Carolina del Mar is a low-density gated community in Manantiales, between the ocean and Laguna Blanca, with an architectural concept by studio Obra Prima and development by Donato Group (expected delivery 2028). Set within native forest, with lakes and ample green spaces, it combines residential lots and a club house conceived as a sophisticated seaside village with a European feel. It has direct access to Playa Bikini and is steps from the dining and shopping hub of Manantiales, with generous setbacks between lots that ensure privacy and open views.

The first stage sold 60 lots ranging from 1.000 to 2.100 m², with the best ones facing Laguna Blanca. The plots have already been handed over and the first five private houses are under construction, a sign that the neighborhood has stopped being a promise and become a place that is actually being built.
