DUO is located in the geographic center of La Barra with a clear idea: two blocks —ground floor and three stories— facing each other across a large pool, a lounge and the common services, as if the space between the buildings were the real protagonist. There are 24 apartments —18 with two bedrooms and 6 with three— fully equipped for year-round living, with radiant floor heating, air conditioning in every room, a high-efficiency heater, complete kitchens and two parking spaces per unit. The project by studio Benech-McGuill-Mazzuchelli, developed by Gómez-Zorrilla and built by Sudamericana, adds EDGE environmental certification and electric-car chargers, signs of a new generation of buildings in the resort town. Delivery, fully finished, is planned for January 2027. Nature, efficiency and human scale, a few blocks from the sea.

There are 24 apartments in total —18 with two bedrooms and 6 with three—, spacious and equipped for year-round living: radiant floor heating, air conditioning in every room, high-performance heaters, full kitchens and excellent thermal insulation. Each unit has two parking spaces and its own enclosed storage box, a welcome rarity in the area. Between the two blocks are the amenities: a large central pool with sundeck, lounge, barbecue area with grill, gym, coworking space and a 2.400 m² landscaped park. Security includes a gated property with surveillance and CCTV, plus an electric vehicle charging point. Delivery of the units, fully finished, is scheduled for January 2027, with payments financed throughout construction.

The project by studio Benech-McGuill-Mazzuchelli respects the topography of the land and blends into the surrounding forest, with floor heights of 2,60 meters, spacious terraces with their own barbecue area, and top-quality finishes. The commitment to sustainability is concrete, not just declared: the complex holds EDGE environmental certification, still uncommon in the resort town, and adds electric-car chargers. Construction is led by Constructora Sudamericana, one of the country's most experienced builders, with units delivered fully finished.

The building stands in the geographic center of La Barra, on Graf Spee street between Las Sirenas and Los Romances, about 400 meters from the center of the resort town and very close to the beach. It's a magical setting between forest and sea: the thick pine woods that still define this part of La Barra, with the dining scene, art galleries and nightlife all within walking distance. That position makes it equally suited to three different uses — vacationing, renting or living there year-round — because it combines the quiet of the forest with immediate closeness to every service.
