Construction is by Ceaosa and the development is by Argencons, the Argentine firm behind the Quartier brand, which here replicates a proven formula: clean volumes, panoramic windows framing the sea, the Punta or the stream mouth, and generous floor plans designed for customization. Tower I sold out one hundred percent in record time, an unusually strong market validation that accelerated the launch of the second tower.

With an investment of 104 million dollars and 45.300 m² of construction, Brava 30 is one of Argencons's strongest bets outside Argentina, backed by the track record of the Quartier brand and by the take-up speed of the first tower, which passed 78% before selling out completely. Parada 30 has been concentrating the highest-ticket developments on the Brava, in a corridor that gains value from its proximity to La Barra and Manantiales without giving up quick access to the peninsula. For the investor, the combination of an established brand, proven demand in Torre I and a limited stock of large sea-facing units makes for a case study of the new cycle in Punta del Este.
