Mansa Forest is betting on a quieter kind of luxury: living among trees, minutes from the beach and downtown. The complex, set to open in December 2026, consists of two buildings with units of one to four bedrooms, all with an exclusive-use terrace or patio and their own barbecue area, a setup that feels closer to a house than an apartment. Communal life is organized around a full sports and recreation offering —padel, basketball, football, gym, heated and open-air pools, sauna— plus play areas for kids and teens. It's the kind of product that explains the new map of the Mansa: families no longer looking just for the January fortnight, but a natural setting and year-round amenities.

The finishes match that ambition: electric radiant flooring in bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms, multi-split air conditioning, aluminum openings with double glazing (DVH) and motorized blackout roller blinds. Construction began in March 2025 and delivery is expected for December 2026.

The recreational offering is designed for families living there year-round: paddle, basketball and soccer courts and a gym for the sports side; a heated pool, an open-air pool and a sauna for relaxation; a playroom, a mini-cinema and an exclusive teen area on the entertainment side. Enclosed barbecue areas, a laundry room, bike storage and underground parking —with provision for electric vehicle chargers— round out an infrastructure that handles daily logistics indoors. Everything ties into the central park, which serves as the complex's real living room: trees, lawns and open air between the buildings, just minutes from Playa Mansa and the city's service corridor.
