Behind the project is GNV Group, the developer led by Alejandro Ginevra that has built major works in Puerto Madero, with an announced investment of 120 million dollars and construction started in 2025 on Avenida del Mar, at Parada 10 of La Brava. Delivery is estimated for late 2028, leaving ahead the typical appreciation curve of off-plan purchases, boosted here by a scarce factor: it is the resort's first branded residence with an international hotel brand. In comparable markets, that seal tends to sustain price premiums and above-average occupancy rates, something the local investor will be able to test for the first time.
