At Parada 18 on the Mansa, on the Claudio Williman rambla, the Venetian added a silhouette of 27 floors to the bay, with 144 spacious residences, from two to five en-suite bedrooms, and floor areas starting at 163 m². The tower is topped off by three duplex penthouses of more than 700 m² each, each crowned by its own rooftop with a barbecue area and an exclusive-use pool: a rarity even by Punta del Este standards. Behind it is Weiss Mora Weiss, the firm that has spent over four decades shaping Punta del Este's urban profile, together with Norte Construcciones. Already open, the building has become one of the preferred addresses for those who prioritize sunsets over calm waters and closeness to the peninsula.

The 144 residences range from two to five bedrooms, all en suite, with surface areas starting at 163 m² and floor plans that solve each format with its own logic: the two-bedroom units occupy central positions with front and rear views, the three-bedroom units open the living room and open-concept kitchen toward the sea, and the four-bedroom units take the corners to capture double panoramic views, with double underground parking. The tower is crowned by three duplex penthouses of more than 700 m², each topped by a rooftop with a private pool and exclusive barbecue area, a rarity even by the standards of rambla Williman. The published plans range from 160 to 258 m² total in the standard typologies.

El Venetian is one of the last major works by Weiss Mora Weiss on the Mansa boardwalk, and you can feel the hand of the studio that has spent more than four decades shaping the city's coastal profile. The 27-story tower stands out for its irregular balconies of up to 65 m², which create a dynamic façade and ensure that every unit has its own open-air living room facing the bay. A private park surrounds the building, and an internal boulevard leads to the main lobby, separating everyday life from the rhythm of the boardwalk. Construction, completed in 2022 together with Norte Construcciones, required an investment of more than 80 million dollars.

The building devotes more than 1.500 m² to shared amenities: an outdoor pool 25 meters long with a sundeck, heated indoor pools — one exclusively for adults — dry and wet saunas, a massage room with spa, a gym with ocean views and a private cinema. Social life is spread across twelve shared barbecue areas, a party room with an equipped kitchen, a snack bar, playrooms for kids, teens and adults, and an executive meeting room for those working from the building. Sport has its own chapter with two clay tennis courts and a multipurpose court. Already opened and occupied, the Venetian has established itself as one of the most sought-after addresses at Parada 18.
