Vilarena offers two clearly differentiated typologies among its thirteen houses. The Frente (Front) Typology spans 186 m² covered plus 80 m² semi-covered over two floors: ground floor with a spacious living-dining room, pergola gallery with barbecue, guest toilet and three bedrooms —two en suite—, and upper floor with two more bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; in total, four bedrooms plus a guest room. The more compact Bosque (Forest) Typology adds up to 133 m² covered and 44 m² semi-covered with three bedrooms. All houses are delivered with a furnished, equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, air conditioning in every room, sealed double-glazed openings, curtains installed and quincha-finish roofs.
