Crystal View, designed by the Litman & Asociados studio for Grupo Solanas, plays with an unusual proportion: its blocks reach just 15 meters in height among trees that grow up to 30, so that the green always wins. Facing the turquoise waters of the crystal-clear Solanas lagoon —the first in the country built with Crystal Lagoons technology—, it offers two- to five-room apartments in four-story buildings, all with an outdoor terrace, private barbecue area and views over a landscaped park. Each group of three blocks shares a clubhouse with an in/out heated pool, hydromassage, solarium, gym, children's pool and playroom, plus individual enclosed parking spaces. Already completed and move-in ready, it adds the benefit of the entire recreational infrastructure of the Solanas complex just steps from the door.

The Litman & Asociados studio designed Crystal View from a proportion that says it all: blocks barely 15 meters tall among trees that reach 30. That decision — building at half the height of the forest — ensures that greenery dominates every view and doubles the open land available for parks and landscaped gardens. The buildings, four stories each, group two- to five-room apartments, all with an outdoor terrace and private barbecue area, fitted out with high-quality materials. Each group of three blocks shares a covered-access clubhouse, and individual parking spaces are enclosed, a practical detail not common in the area's complexes. It's architecture without loud gestures, calibrated to age well within the landscape that surrounds it.

Crystal View is located within Solanas Vacation Club, at km 118 of the Interbalnearia, facing the turquoise waters of Solanas Crystal Beach: Uruguay's first crystalline lagoon, built with Crystal Lagoons technology over three hectares of water and clear sand.
