Las Piedras Fasano

Las Piedras Fasano is La Barra's best-kept secret: 480 hectares of grassland, stone and native woodland bordering the Maldonado stream for more than three kilometers, ten minutes from the bridge. Conceived by the Brazilian group JHSF with the original design by Isay Weinfeld —and new expansions led by Carolina Proto—, it is the only Beach & Country development in the East: lots, residences and villas coexisting with a five-star hotel and the Fasano family's gastronomy. Few addresses on the continent gather such a concentration of names: the original design of Las Piedras is by Isay Weinfeld —creator of the most celebrated Fasano hotels—, the new residences and the golf clubhouse bear the signature of Carolina Proto, of Estudio Obra Prima, the 18-hole golf course was laid out by Arnold Palmer and the international-scale polo field by Nacho Figueras. The residential typologies that JHSF develops and delivers turnkey range from the Golf Villas of about 296 m² with three suites and their own pool, to the Polo Houses of 440 and 600 m², the Country Residences of over 600 m² with five suites and the Farm House Estates of almost 1.600 m² with seven suites, inspired by traditional Uruguayan country homes.
