This policy explains what personal data Santiago Pereyra Propiedades collects through santiagopereyra.com.uy, what we use it for, and what rights you have, in accordance with Law No. 18.331 on the Protection of Personal Data of Uruguay and its regulatory decrees.

What data we collect
Only the ones you give us when you make an inquiry: name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, and the content of your inquiry (for example, the property reference, the area, or the budget you mention). Browsing also generates the usual technical data (pages visited, device type, referral source) through the measurement tools detailed below.
What we use them for
To respond to your inquiry, send you the information you requested, follow up on that inquiry, and, if applicable, coordinate viewings or appraisals. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Where it is stored and with whom it is shared
Inquiries are logged in our real estate management system (Tera, tera.uy) and may be backed up by a form-receiving service. To measure site usage and our advertising we use Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram pixel); these tools may use cookies and their own identifiers and process data outside Uruguay, in which case the safeguards set out in current regulations apply. If you write to us via WhatsApp, that service's own terms also apply.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses minimal first-party cookies (for example, to remember your favorites in your own browser) and third-party cookies from Google and Meta for measurement and advertising purposes. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; the site keeps working just the same.
For how long
We retain your inquiry's data for as long as the business relationship lasts, or until you request its deletion.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your data by writing to info@santiagopereyra.com.uy. You also have the right to file a complaint with Uruguay's Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP).
