Costa Garzón condenses into thirteen beachfront lots everything that made this stretch of coast legendary: unspoiled scenery, signature design and legendary gastronomy. The masterplan and beach club bear the signature of the Brazilian studio Bernardes Arquitetura, and the fire is lit by Francis Mallmann with his Chiringuito on the dunes, in addition to the project's main restaurant. The offering is completed with a condo hotel and a hard-to-replicate privilege: owners gain access to the Garzón Tajamares Golf and The Garzón Club memberships, the wine circle built around the winery.
